Claudia Collins Thane
Co-Owner
Claudia Collins joined CCT Natural Stone Designs in 2013. Although she is originally from Mexico City, Claudia’s dream of owning a business led her to achieve an MBA in Barcelona and realize her ambitions in Dallas.
The natural stone industry captivated her from the very beginning, and she is excited to lend her talent and acumen to such an essential part of the local economy. Claudia is a detail-oriented perfectionist and an animal lover who believes in delivering perfect customer service every time.
Gerardo Gomez
Co-Owner
Gerardo Gomez, a Texas native, began working in the stone industry in 2003. After years of experience working for different companies, he decided to follow his dream of building something of his own.
Together with Claudia, and through dedication and hard work, they founded CCT Natural Stone Designs. Eight years later, their business continues to grow and thrive. When Gerardo is off work, he spends his time with his kids, focusing on family and being a dedicated father.
Ernesto Guzman
Lead Installer/ Fabricator
Ernesto, originally from Guanajuato, brings over 12 years of experience in the natural stone industry. His strong knowledge, committed work ethic, and attention to detail make him a very valuable member of our team.
When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him at the gym pushing through a workout or exploring new restaurants around the city to find his next favorite spot.
Cristian Guzman
Lead Fabricator
Cristian has been in the natural stone industry since 2007, bringing over 17 years of experience to his work. Following in his brother's footsteps, who introduced him to the granite industry, Cristian developed a strong passion for the craft.
As a fabricator, he enjoys the challenge of creating complex cuts and finishes, knowing that precision is essential in this industry. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and spending as much time as he can with his family and friends.
Favian Pinales
Lead Templator
Favian is our Lead Templator and plays a key role in ensuring every project starts off right. With a sharp eye for detail and years of hands-on experience, he ensures measurements are precise, setting the stage for a smooth installation and a high-quality finished product.
Outside of work, Favian enjoys spending time with his children and partner, making the most of family time and creating lasting memories together. His dedication to both his family and his work reflects the reliability and care he brings to our team every day.
Guadalupe Ramirez
Junior Fabricator
Guadalupe Ramirez is a Junior Fabricator at CCT Natural Stone Designs and one of the newest members of our growing team. In the fabrication shop, he helps the team prepare, cut, and finish natural stone pieces for a wide variety of projects.
Guadalupe enjoys learning more about the craft and being part of the process that brings each project to life. Outside of work, he loves spending quality time with his family.
Estela Medina
Office Manager
Estela, born and raised in Dallas, received her Bachelor’s degree at Texas Woman’s University. Estela has been in the industry for 4 years, and her passion for getting things done makes her a great asset and leader for the team.
Her favorite part of the job is seeing people’s visions come to life. During her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs and traveling to new cities.
Jacqueline De La Rosa
Administrative Assistant
Jacqueline is an Administrative Assistant at CCT Natural Stone Designs, where she helps keep the day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. She enjoys supporting the team and ensuring everything stays on track.
Outside of work, Jacqueline likes staying active, traveling, making matchas and spending quality time with her daughter.
